Bombarded
D day came TEN years ago. Bomb
Multiple sclerosis, No cure, I’m sorry.
It was proclaimed, They announced, And I was labeled.
They watched, they tested, they prove it true.
I cried, I prayed, my hoped wained.
But here I am ,There I was, What has really changed.
I know my god loves me, In him I trust .
He’s healed my body so in him I must.
Depend and believe that my day will come.
Where I will be victorious and shatter that bomb.
victor
Attacked without mercy,.
With ever consistent accuracy
Pummels me down.
I, shattered and bound.
Couldn’t see the light.
No way out. No out in sight.
But to go through the pain;
Although my body drained.
Believe, faith kept me calm.
Survival, perservence became my song.
I will overcome each battle.
Overtake and overturn the fight
Measure it. Judge it.
It’s lost its claws
Victorious, victor.
Victory is in me.
These poems are amazing! Hopefully more will post their own poems.
