I’ve had cramps in the thumb and forefinger (and in the space in between those two) of my left hand quite often over the past three months. It just suddenly started and now it happens almost every two days when I’m holding something or working with my hands. Never had it before. I didn’t even know that one could have cramps in his hands
Anyone experienced this too? Might it be connected to the MS??
I started to wonder…
Waiting for your replies,
I’ve had it before, and then I started typing on my computer instead of hand writing everything, my hand would just get tired and cramp, I’m not sure if it’s because of my MS or if its just something funky in my hand, I would suggest stretching out your hand, like clenching your fist slowly, like really slowly so that you can feel it stretching and then slowly release it, and it that doesn’t work there are little like hand massage things, they are great.

Multiple sclerosis has multiple meanings for many young people. Some live with a diagnosis of MS; some have a family member, friend or colleague with MS; some care for an individual living with MS; and some want to learn more about helping others with MS.
We are a group of young Canadians whose lives are touched by multiple sclerosis in one of these multiple ways. Together we have created this on-line community where you will hear from or connect with other young people—someone like you.
This is a community where you can share your story and have your voice heard in a safe, supportive and real environment.
